Rainbows

Written a while back, this type of poem is called a reversible poem. I was inspired to write this by the book "Mirror Mirror: A Book of Reversible Poems" by Marylin Singer and a poem written by Jordan Nichols, "Our Generation."

Rainbows
Are
There
After Rain Falls
Splashes of Color
As
Reflected Sunlight
Looks Beautiful
Water and Light
Mixed Together
Above the Clouds
In the Sky
Standing
Proudly
Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, and Purple
A Colorful Arc Shines
Over the World.
